There is a sky-light window which can be opened with the pole provided behind the door. The washing machine and dryer are in the communal area on the 1st floor.
Living room/Dining area
There is a comfy sofa bed that would be suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children, a smart tv to relax after a long day, plus a dining table and chairs.
Terrace
The private rooftop terrace is great for al fresco dining and has a view of the rooftops of Worcester.
External Area
The property is accessed from the street using a keypad to the right of the door. Then simply press the green release button on the wall by the front door to open the internal door. Please note that this main door is a shared access with Connells Estate Agent.
