Richard - Owner/Manager

Richard spent 25 years within the corporate sector at senior level working for building products manufacturers. He has stayed in many hotels throughout the UK and saw an unique business opportunity......

He has 15 years experience of renovating and renting properties and using his life/career experience plus his love of Worcester, has created a business which offers a unique, high-end experience for people visiting Worcester.

Hannah - Owner/Marketing

Hannah has built a successful recruitment enterprise tailored to the property sector and has honed her skills in renovating and renting properties along the way.

Her understanding and appreciation on how to create a comfortable space for her guests is defined by their opulence, exclusivity, and superior quality and comfort they offer.

Carrie - Owner/Manager

Carrie has 25 years experience in Customer Service at a senior level, with her aim always to ensure that the Customers experience is exceptional. Staying in many apartments with work she has first hand experience in what makes a comfortable stay.

She is very hands on having personal experience in renovating properties from painting to brick laying and has the necessary tools to understand the guests needs as well as being able to fix a leaking tap.
