Bedroom 2
The lounge area at the front of the house and has a large comfortable sofa, armchair and TV. The dining table seats 6 and looks out over the patio and garden area.
Kitchen area
This new kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided.
Bathroom
This modern and elegant family bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and basin.
Dining area
Delight in this beautiful dining area with a picture postcard view. Including a dining table and 4 chairs you will surely enjoy chilling here having dinner and wine.
Living area
There is a large smart tv for you to catch up on your latest Netflix series or movie.
Entrance/parking
To access the building and the apartment there is a key-box marked 'Apartment 2' on the left hand side of the front door containing 2 keys , (one for the front door and one for the apartment door).
There is an internal door with a keypad lock. This door maybe open during office hours since there is a business on the ground floor.
Terrace
There is a communal patio at the back of the building with seating for relaxing outside on those warmer days. Please note that this is not available during office hours Mon-Friday.
