Entrance/parking
To access the building and the apartment there is a key-box marked 'Apartment 1' on the left hand side of the front door containing 2 keys , (one for the front door and one for the apartment door).
There is an internal door with a keypad lock. This door maybe open during office hours since there is a business on the ground floor.
Terrace
There is a communal patio at the back of the building with seating for relaxing outside on those warmer days. Please note that this is not available during office hours Mon-Friday.
