This new kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. The washing machine and dryer are in the communal area on the 1st floor.

There is comfortable sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children. There is a large smart tv for you to catch up on your latest Netflix series or movie.

Entrance

The property is accessed from the street using a keypad to the right of the door. Then simply press the green release button on the wall by the front door to open the internal door. Please note that this main door is a shared access with Connells Estate Agent.
