With 25 years of senior corporate experience in the building products industry, Richard spent much of his career traveling across the UK, often spending nights in hotels far from home. Spotting a gap in the market, he decided to take a bold step and create something truly distinctive.
Combining 15 years of hands-on experience in property renovation and rentals with a deep love for Worcester, Richard has developed a business that delivers a unique, premium experience for visitors to the region.

Hannah has grown a successful recruitment business focused on the property sector while honing her expertise in property renovation and rental management.

Owner / Manager
With 25 years of senior-level customer service experience, Carrie is committed to making every guest’s stay exceptional. Having traveled widely and stayed in countless apartments, she has a keen sense of what makes a space truly welcoming and comfortable.
Carrie’s hands-on experience in property renovation, from painting to bricklaying, means she can anticipate guests’ needs and tackle practical issues, like a leaking tap, ensuring every stay is effortless and enjoyable.
Fraser
Guest Services Manager
As Guest Services Manager, Fraser focuses on making every guest feel welcome and ensuring a great experience. Growing up in Worcester and spending over 10 years with Worcester Rugby Football Club taught him teamwork, communication and staying calm under pressure. Hospitality runs in his blood, he worked front-of-house in his family’s catering business from a young age.
His aim is to make every stay smooth, enjoyable, and memorable, whether handling requests, solving problems or simply offering a warm welcome.
