If you’re here on a business trip, visiting friends or even enjoying the local tourist attractions this will be the perfect place for you to stay for a night away or a long term stay.
There apartment is finished in a modern style with artistic flare and home-touches to ensure that you are guaranteed to have a marvellous stay.
Entrance hall
On accessing the apartment there is an entrance hall with a coat rack and shoe rack.
Kitchen area
This kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster and tea, coffee and sugar are also provided. There are a few condiments also available.
Living/Dining area
Welcome to your cosy retreat! This space features a comfy sofa for unwinding after a long day, along with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. Enjoy meals at the stylish dining table with chairs that invite you to linger and savour every moment. Make yourself at home!

The bedroom is very spacious and quiet despite being in the heart of the city, has a comfortable double size bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

The bathroom includes a W/C, a refreshing shower and a hand basin, providing you with all the essential amenities. It’s designed for both comfort and practicality, making your routines a breeze. Enjoy a clean and functional space that meets your needs.
The property is accessed from Pierpoint Street – a side street off Foregate Street. The entrance door has grey double doors which are accessed via keypad. Once in the building go to the end of the corridor, up the stairs to the first floor and the apartment will be directly ahead of you. There is a key box to the right of the apartment door, all codes will be provided on the day of your arrival.
If you have any questions or need to know anything during your stay, please contact me anytime during the hours of 8am-9pm however if there is an emergency, availability is 24hrs a day.
